how to compensate for aiming in world of warships

Is anyone else experiencing this bug? Or is it just me? Basically something feels different with the torpedo launching after the update. But after the update when I have played dozens of games with dds and cruisers and when I launch and aim the torpedoes close to an island, multiple times the torpedoes don’t go where I aimed and they ended up hitting the island instead of going where it is supposed to. I am not sure how to put this or whether this warrant a post.

Today while playing my Yoshino, I noticed that when I aimed my torp next to an island while turning, they actually hit the island instead of going next to it, anyone know why this happens? You can see in the video below that the torpedos hit a different target altogether and sunk the wrong ship. This has frustrated players to the point where they want to quit the game.
